This live, online course outlines the things you need to know to start a nonprofit organization and get a 501(c)(3). The sections will discuss bylaws, conflict of interest policies, filing articles of incorporation, IRS 501(c)(3) designation, and more. Expect to spend two to three hours in this class. Remember, this is a Do It Yourself (DIY) class. I will instruct you on what to do to get started, but you will have to complete the documents and file them on your own.
